  • Condition of Acceptance: The limit of liability for any loss or damage to merchandise while in our possession shall be only the actual market value. "Actual Market Value" shall be defined as our actual cost to purchase a skin of similar species. This procedure shall be used in setting any claims, regardless of quality. Due to varying conditions beyond our control, we assume no liability or guarantee as to the results of any fur specimen to us for processing. Golden State Tannery, Inc. shall not be liable for any other obligation other than is expressly set forth herein and no agent, servant or employee of this company is authorized to change the terms of this order All claims subject to $100.00 deduction.
